Aurex Living - Real Estate Mobile App Design

Aurex Living is a property rental and sales app built for users searching for homes in specific cities without wading through cluttered, information-heavy interfaces. It solves the problem of overwhelming property listings by surfacing only what matters: photo, price, specs, and location in a clean card-based feed.

The light neutral UI keeps the property photography as the hero element on every screen. The home feed uses personalized greeting copy ("Hey Orbix, Welcome Here") to create warmth, while Rent / Buy / Sell tab pills let users switch intent instantly. The property detail card shows exactly 4 specs: 1200 sq ft, 3 beds, 3 washrooms, and 1 garage, no more, no less.

- Segmented pill tabs (Rent, Buy, Sell) as the primary navigation filter directly on the home screen

- Property cards with full-bleed photography, rating badge (4.8★), "For Rent / For Sale" status label, and price overlaid at the bottom

- Bottom nav bar with 5 items: Home, Explore, Favourite, Message, Profile — standard and immediately scannable

- Property Details screen with a large hero image, video play button, and quick-action icons (chat, call) visible at the bottom

- Warm off-white and stone background tones that complement luxury property photography without competing with it

Aurex Living needed to feel premium without feeling cold. The design leans into editorial real estate aesthetics: large imagery, restrained typography and minimal color so the properties sell themselves. Every screen reduces friction between the user and the listing they care about.
