Task & Team Management Mobile App Design

This mobile app concept solves a specific problem most project management tools track tasks but fail to give teams a clear picture of who's working on what and how far along everything is.

Three screens work together to fix that. The main view lists every team member alongside their active project in a clean monthly breakdown. The home screen leads with a live KPI donut  290 tasks tracked across Stuck, In Progress, In Review, and Done  with today's tasks surfaced directly below showing progress percentage, time logged, and team avatars. The calendar view maps tasks by date with completion status and team member visibility directly on each card.

The goal was to design a task management app where team visibility is built into every screen so managers and members always know project status, individual workload, and daily priorities without switching between tools.
