Social Event App – Mobile Design UI

Instant is a social event and group coordination app built for friend groups who plan, communicate, and split costs in one place. These screens cover two core flows messaging and event creation held together by a single design language that never breaks character.
The inbox organizes conversations with tab filters and unread badge counters. Chat screens use solid red outgoing bubbles for clear visual direction, with a voice input state that goes beyond standard text interaction. The event creation flow lives on a single scroll photo, details, category, and payment type closing with a 3D confirmation modal when the event goes live.
Design Focus
- Three-tab inbox filter with red badge counters per conversation thread
- Solid red outgoing bubbles that make conversation ownership instantly readable
- Voice input "Listening..." state with glowing pink orb a moment the UI earns, not decorates
- Single-scroll event creation that removes every unnecessary step between idea and publish
- 3D success modal with blurred background overlay that closes the flow without redirecting
Concept
Most apps that combine social and utility end up feeling like two products sharing a color. Instant doesn't. The red stays consistent, the inputs stay minimal, and every screen makes the same promise you're still in the same place. That coherence is harder to design than any individual screen.
