Dashboard App for Clients

The app is called Skopos, which is the greek work for setting your eyes on a target. Thats exactly what Skopos is. Research shows that having a goal or a target in the work space drastically improves results and effort:
Progress made public gets reached.
A meta-analysis of 138 experiments covering 19,951 people found that monitoring goal progress reliably increases attainment, and the effect grows when progress is reported or made public. A board on the wall is both.
Specific goals beat “do your best.”
Four decades of goal-setting research across hundreds of studies: specific, challenging goals paired with feedback on progress outperform vague encouragement. The board states the goal and the pace next to every number.
Data-driven firms outproduce.
Across 179 large firms, the ones that ran decisions on data rather than gut showed 5 to 6 percent higher output and productivity than their technology investments alone would predict.

How it works

The app is simple. Skopos reads the sheet where you keep your numbers, and if you don't currently keep your numbers on one sheet, then there is an option for Skopos to make it for you. Once it is reading your sheet, we will wire that sheet to a custom board, whatever we can dream up together that you will really like to look at daily. We lock your dashboard and control room behind a 4 digit code, accessible through the website, skopos.cc, or our Samsung TV app Skopos. Then once your dashboard is up and running, it will stay like that, updating automatically every 30 seconds, checking for changes to the sheet it pulls from. Simple. Your metrics change in one sheet, your team sees it nearly instantly on the wall behind them, maybe even changing a yellow tab to green. The green, yellow, and red fonts are determined by what percent of the goal, either monthly or yearly, the current number reflects.

I am able to post Skopos now because it has its first official client, but Skopos is never close to more clients. The thing that makes this different than other dashboards is the pay structure. Our competitors who were being used before our clients switched to Skopos will charge each team upwards of 300$ a month, and as much as 4000$ a month, while skopos is a one-time payment to run indefinitely, for the cost of just a couple of their monthly payments to competitors, saving them money almost immediately and giving them a better product with a quicker team. Skopos is the future of dashboards, so let's talk.
