Many brands biggest issue is not that their kits are lacking competitive feature or that their product is not successful. Their biggest issue is that when someone searches for them, they are written off because their web presence is adolescent. When we want to succeed, we need to take ourselves seriously, and our sites seriously.
SplashScreen for the site, shows a 3D .glb file I made of their real shop
The key is to find the one thing that will put us above the rest. For this brand, it was a 3D model of the shop from outside used as a loading screen and elsewhere across the site.
Finding intentional design elements to add is my strong suit, and I show it through my own personal site, treyvititoe.com. Many aspects of my site were used by this company because they enjoyed the preview of them on my site so much, such as the splashscreen, the cursor trail, and the live Spotify API.
Live Instagram Meta App API, updates instantly when the brand posts
A lot of this project was a learning experience. An example being that I found out most sites fabricate their Instagram-to-site connection, making it look like it is a feed of their Instagram. One of the values I learned in Undergrad was 'Frictionless Products' for my clients, so I spent an entire day learning and implementing genuine Meta API Apps so that this would be a real, live update feed of the brands Instagram account.
I took what was a low-converting brand site for a local business and leveled up their presence by giving them a site that would capture potential customers.
