VerifyGo is a multi-tenant jobsite safety and asset-management platform built for construction and industrial crews, the supervisors who lead them and the office teams who support both. It brings the paperwork that governs a working site, including permits, Job Safety Analyses, inspections, incident records and daily reports, into a single system that records who did what, when and under whose authority, and that can produce a signed, branded PDF of permits, JSAs, inspections, out-of-service records and daily reports on demand.

Built with FlutterFlow and Supabase as a single codebase for Android, iOS, web, macOS and Windows, the platform is organised around the working day on a job site. Equipment is registered with an encrypted QR label and inspected against administrator-managed checklists, equipment found unfit is taken out of service and needs supervisor clearance to return, foremen run Job Safety Analyses with crew sign-in, permits are raised for hot work, confined spaces, electrical work and LOTO, incidents are captured with injury, equipment and witness detail, and the day's work is recorded in a daily report.

Access is organised around seven user roles, with company registration and approval, invite codes and role-specific dashboards for field crews, supervisors and administrators. Each company's data is kept separate through Row Level Security in Supabase, sensitive operations such as QR encryption, PDF rendering and Stripe customer provisioning run in Edge Functions so no secret is held on the device, and an append-only audit log records every change. Records can be rendered as branded PDFs and bundled into a single document, and users sign in with email, Google or Apple.
