I support 400+ delivery companies across the DACH region, focusing on Amazon's DSP program and its Timesheet Mobile tool. My responsibilities include:
Time and Attendance Support: Ensuring smooth functionality for tracking driver hours, overtime, and attendance.
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolving issues with app performance, data synchronization, and reporting.
Guiding on Compliance Tools: Assisting with features like DRZ (Arbeitszeitkonto) to align operations with local labor laws.
Payroll Accuracy Assistance: Addressing timesheet and export queries for precise payroll management.
Proactive Customer Support: Helping DSPs optimize operations and maintain high service standards.
