Goal:
Design a lightweight, easy-to-use project and business management system in Google Sheets for founders who want clarity and control—without the tech overwhelm of complex tools like ClickUp.
Before:
Not every founder is ready for a fully built ClickUp or Asana setup. Some were stuck with scattered docs and mental checklists, lacking a structured way to manage goals, projects, and performance. This CEO Hub was created to fill that gap—a no-fluff system to help leaders feel in control.

Mapped Real CEO Needs: Identified core areas of overwhelm (goal-setting, systems, finances, project visibility)
Built a Tab-Based Workflow: Created a visual, easy-to-follow structure within Google Sheets for fast onboarding and ease of use
Designed 7 Key Tabs:
Dashboard: Weekly/Monthly focus, top goals, and KPIs
Goals Tracker: Quarterly goals with monthly milestones
Systems Snapshot: Audit of backend operations and gaps
Offer Analysis: Overview of offers, pricing, funnel stage, and system readiness
Strategic Action Plan: Space for launches, campaigns, or major projects
Income Tracker: Monthly revenue tracking by offer/source
Expenses Tracker: Monthly OPEX tracking by category
Coaching Add-On: Paired the tool with SOP recommendations, system cleanup suggestions, and recordings.
Outcome:
Created a 7-tab Google Sheets dashboard to manage goals, finances, projects, and systems
Gave CEOs a single source of truth to run weekly reviews, track revenue, and stay aligned with business vision
Provided a flexible tool that can scale or be migrated into ClickUp when ready
