Created, audited, and updated SOPs to optimize internal processes
Consolidated SOPs into a Google Drive library
Applied [DEPT – Task – SOP] naming and folder system
Created an onboarding checklist + SOP hub in ClickUp
Tools used: Loom, Google Docs, Google Drive, ClickUp Clip
Outcome:
Built a 14+ SOP library with naming conventions
Reduced new hire ramp-up by 50%
Made the business scalable for team growth
