Infrastructure Project Coordination for EV Startup Rollout (Monday.com)
Goal:
Support the successful rollout of an electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure project by implementing structured project management workflows and cross-functional coordination during early-stage growth.
Before:
An EV startup offering Charging-as-a-Service (CaaS), needed operational support to coordinate installations across multiple properties. With limited in-house systems and growing demand, they lacked the project tracking structure and internal workflows needed to manage complexity at scale.
