Sociafy | Social Media Analytics Dashboard Design for Multi-Platform Performance Tracking
Social media managers are pulling numbers from four different platform dashboards just to build one weekly report. Existing analytics tools either lock cross-platform data behind expensive plans or surface it in tables with no visual context, leaving growth trends invisible until it's too late to act.
We designed Sociafy, a clean analytics dashboard built for social media managers and CEO assistants who need every platform's performance in one view. A white surface with coral and purple accents keeps the data visual without feeling like a spreadsheet. Followers, engagement, reach, sentiment, and optimal posting time all on one screen no tab switching, no CSV hunting.
What we focused on
4 KPI Cards: Total Followers (132,540 +8%), Total Engagement (48,920 +12%), Total Reach (1.8M +10%), and Total Impressions (3.2M +6%) top-line growth readable in one row.
Audience Growth Trend: A 6-month bar chart with a March callout showing 5,100 Gained vs 920 Lost net growth vs churn is visible in one bar.
Audience Insights Chart: Age breakdown across 18–20 (35%), 25–34 (50%), 35–44 (16%), and 45+ (7%) target demographics visible without a filter.
Audience Sentiment Donut: Positive 72%, Neutral 20%, Negative 8% comment health is readable at a glance without reading a single review.
Platform Performance Table: Instagram (54K followers, 430K reach (+9%)); Facebook (38K, 310K (+6%)); TikTok (22K, 520K (+8%)); LinkedIn (12K, 120K +4%) cross-platform comparison in one row per platform.
Optimal Posting Time Heatmap: A 7-day grid from 12am to 9pm with coral intensity showing peak engagement windows and the best posting times visible without guessing.
