Cashly | Finance Dashboard Design for Budget & Expense Tracking
Most people managing personal finances are jumping between a banking app, a spreadsheet, and a budgeting tool just to answer one question: Where did my money go this month? Existing finance apps either oversimplify or drown users in raw transaction data with no visual context.
We designed Cashly, a clean finance dashboard built for individuals and CEO-level users who need a full money picture on one screen. A coral-red accent on a white surface keeps the data warm and readable, not clinical. Balance, income, expenses, cash flow, spending breakdown, and budget tracking are all visible without leaving the home view.

4 KPI Cards: Total Balance ($24,500 +8%), Monthly Income ($8,200), Monthly Expenses ($5,400 -3%), and Savings Growth ($2,800 toward $5,000 goal) top-line health readable in one row.
Income vs. Expenses Chart: A 6-month line chart with an Apr 12 tooltip showing the income ($7,200) vs. expense ($4,800) trend direction visible without reading a single number twice.
Cash Flow Bar Chart: Monthly net cash flow Janโ€“Jun with March highlighted in coral; the problem month stands out without a filter.
Spending Breakdown Donut: 6 categories, Rent 27%, Food 19%, Shopping 15%, Others 12%, Utilities 10%, Transport 8% expense distribution at a glance.
Latest Transactions Table: Figma Pro (-$8,200), YouTube (-$15), Lassy Chester (+$8,200), and Coffee (-$60) with date, type, and Complete/Pending/Failed status badges; every recent activity is traceable.
Budget Planner: Food 70%, Entertainment 90%, Shopping 75% progress bars; overspending risk visible before the month ends.
Tools: Figma, Jitter
