Wink | E-Commerce SaaS Product Catalog Design for Inventory Management
Store owners managing large catalogs lose time scrolling through disorganized product lists with no clear status or stock visibility. Most e-commerce backends mix published and hidden products in the same view with no fast way to sort, search, or act on a specific item.
We designed Wink's Products page as a clean catalog table built for store managers handling multi-SKU inventories daily. A white table surface, green published badges, and a tight 4-column layout (Product, Status, Price, and Inventory) keep every listing scannable in seconds. 16 pages of products, 6 per view, with pagination and A-Z sorting built in.
Product Table: 6 listings visible per page: Nike Air Max ($300), Adidas Ultraboost ($200), Nike Air Super Max ($350), Converse Chuck Taylor All Star ($420), Vans Old Skool ($300), and Nike Air Jordan ($250) with real product photos, names, and prices in one row.
Status Badges: Green "Published" and grey "Hidden" labels per row live vs. inactive products are separated at a glance without filtering.
Inventory Column: "100 stock for 1 variant" shown per product stock health, readable without opening each listing.
Search + Sort Bar: Full-width search field with "Show All Products" filter and "Sort by name A-Z" toggle makes large catalogs navigable in seconds.
Pagination: Page 1 of 16 with 6 data points per page controls bulk catalog browsing without overwhelming the table.
Add Product CTA: Single black button, top right one clear action, always reachable.
Tools: Figma, Jitter
