Background
A white label booking app designed to simplify bike reservations and improve the user experience for gym members.
Core problem
The app was developed to meet demand from both customers and spinning gyms. Initially, gyms and students were looking for a more efficient way to schedule classes and bikes, adding a scoring and gamification method.
Context:
I redesigned and led a white-label project for an existing platform to improve usability and engagement. I conducted research and interviews with fitness instructors, students, and owners to identify weaknesses and discover potential pain points.
Objective:
To create an app that would benefit both instructors and students and simplify class reservations.
Solution: Users can purchase credits online or in person and reserve bikes in advance. Gamification system with rewards and gifts to increase engagement. Turnover counter for gyms to track class availability.
