What I Did for Jess Beauty

I led the launch and management of Jess Beauty’s Instagram and TikTok accounts, overseeing content creation for 2 years. My work included full visual direction—from graphic design to rebranding the brand’s image and color palette. I developed and executed social media strategies, crafted campaign concepts, managed the community, supported product launches and new city rollouts, and oversaw influencer partnerships and giveaway activations. I also handled performance reporting to continuously optimize growth and engagement.

Jess Beauty is a premium skincare brand based in Coral Gables, Florida, founded by model and influencer Jessica Barboza. The brand offers a skincare line inspired by Korean beauty, emphasizing wellness and simplicity. Their products are vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, and fragrance-free, catering to individuals seeking effective and gentle skincare solutions. Jess Beauty also sells internationally, making their clean, results-driven products accessible to a global audience.

How I Onboarded Them

I aim to make the onboarding process as smooth as possible for all my clients. Here’s how it went with this client:
I had a debriefing call with the client to discuss their values, brand kit, and goals from an organic social media standpoint. For Jess Beauty, the focus was on brand awareness and community building.
I designed and presented an organic social media strategy with key content pillars aligned with the business objectives.
Once the strategy was approved, I built an impactful content calendar.

Revamp Of Their Social

🧐 Evaluated which posts, based on our approved strategy, didn’t align with the brand's new direction.
🫧 Cleaned the stories and highlights sections that didn’t align and made the necessary adjustments to the bio. 🤝 Created templated highlight stories that conveyed meaningful narratives or important information, ensuring they aligned with the brand kit and remained on the feed for an extended period.

Sent to the client for approval.
