A mindful digital experience for everyday remembrance

MuslimQuest is a lifestyle app designed to help Muslims build moments of remembrance into everyday life through thoughtfully designed wallpapers and digital tools. I was brought in to shape the complete visual identity and product experience, from the brand foundations through to the app’s onboarding, navigation, and subscription flows. The brief called for something calm and minimal, with enough character to feel meaningful rather than generic.

The identity

A simple, yet usable color palette. The aim was to not distract the user from the messages in the wallpapers.

The identity balances clarity with a softer, more reflective tone. A restrained colour palette keeps the focus on the messages within the wallpapers, while creating a consistent atmosphere across the product.
The MQ wordmark uses Argesta Medium, giving the name a distinct typographic voice against the more familiar sans-serif language of many digital products. Basier Circle and Argesta form the wider type system, combining functional readability with more expressive letterforms.
The Product Experience The product experience carries the same stripped-back approach from onboarding through to menus and subscription screens. Each interface was designed to reduce visual noise and make daily use feel calm, clear, and intentional.
I designed, prototyped, and handed over more than 30 screens to the development team, covering the core flows needed to take the product from first interaction to regular use.

My Role As Brand and Product Designer, I led the visual identity and UX/UI direction for MuslimQuest.
Logo and visual-identity design
Art direction for the product’s look and feel
UX and UI design across the app
Prototyping and testing
The result is a cohesive brand and product experience built around focus, accessibility, and a quieter digital rhythm. MuslimQuest translates a meaningful daily practice into an interface designed to be used with ease.
