Windows 10 for Enterprise / O365 Implementation / SharePoint Migration:            

Led the migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Enterprise and Education solutions across business units, labs, and classrooms, impacting over 15,000 users.

Managed the configuration and implementation of the Microsoft E3 offering, and the migration from on-prem SharePoint to SharePoint Online.

Conducted comprehensive assessments of the current environment, including desktop environment state, legacy software dependencies, and infrastructure readiness.

Oversaw the development of a business case, project charter, and budget, which were approved by the Steering Committee and CIO.

Implemented a KPI-driven AI dashboard in SharePoint 2013 for executive oversight, and successfully managed the project to an early pilot and implementation phase.

Infrastructure and Application Development:

Supported various areas including infrastructure, security, architecture, applications, and data management.

Led the refresh of Cisco switches and managed the development and release of over 50 new applications with multiple integration points.

Acted as Scrum Master for Jira major version upgrade, improving development cycles and implementing agile project management tools and techniques.

Played a key role in constructing the new student Learning Commons center, integrating advanced technological devices, and implementing security measures.
