Role: PMIS Program Manager and Sr. Program Manager
Project: I led the implementation of multiple IT projects, including PMIS (Project Management Information Systems), ERP integration, and infrastructure and telecom upgrades. I managed multi-disciplinary teams spread across the U.S. and India, coordinating ERP implementations using JD Edwards and SAP, and led high-value transformations such as VersaPOS point-of-sale and fuel transportation integrations.
