As a Community Manager at Wantable, I monitored, interacted and engaged with customers across all social media platforms. In a role that has never existed in the company, my ability to be adaptable to change and take on new projects was essential to their success.
My everyday tasks included ✔️
- Moderating comments on social media
- Responding to every comment to be engaging with our community
- Tracking all consumer interactions for marketing data purposes
- Reporting to the team lead about trends and ideas
- Support the Customer Service Team
When representing any company online, capturing the tone and voice that represents the company's values is essential. I carried this commitment and expertise throughout all engagements.
Copywriter
As one of two copywriters at Wantable, I was responsible for:
- Gathering data points from top performers to make informed copy decisions
- Quickly & efficiently writing copy for hot ticket items, Themed Edits, updated landing pages, paid ads, organic social content, etc.
- Supporting the ads/graphic design team with any copy they needed
My proudest achievement at Wantable was a project that included extensive customer verbiage mining research, through which I created winning ads that turned potential customers into customer.
