Social Media Strategy + Management - Northwall Rock Climbing Gym

During my 10-month contract with Northwall Rock Climbing Gym, I successfully revamped their online presence by rebranding profiles and significantly boosting follower engagement.🧗

By using the gym's established brand colors, I designed visually cohesive story highlight covers to enhance profile organization.

This not only improved the overall aesthetic but also allowed users to easily access information on pricing, amenities, members, and events. Below, I provide examples of two categories, showcasing my strategic approach and creative execution





Based on a thoughtful assessment, I created content categories that matched the companies goals, wants, and needs 🧗‍♂️

I meticulously implemented the devised content strategy by creating visually compelling posts using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. These were efficiently scheduled through the use of a professional tool, specifically Later. At the conclusion of each month, I conducted a comprehensive analytics review to gain insights into performance metrics, allowing for informed adjustments and continuous improvement.

I revamped the appearance of their social media profiles to make them more appealing to a potential customer 🥳 In the end of the 10 months, they saw a 200+ follower increase from around 510 followers to around 750 followers.

I shot a range of product photography to highlight what Northwall sold in the gym and to showcase the prizes for events like the Triple Shot Comp and Bouldering League 📸



I shot a range of videos to exemplify new products in the gym such as a kilter board, promotional videos for events, highlighting a new set on a wall and more 🎥

Over the 10 months, this gym went from having a sparse social media presence to a booming one where members were engaged outside of the gym and updated on what Northwall had going on!
