Fable needed a custom performance Evaluation workflow built to accommodate their upcoming cycle. I built a workflow using Power Automate, AI Builder, Excel and Docusign. The solution saved my client many hours of manual, error prone entry and simplified the process down to literally one manual step... approving or rejecting a submission from a Manager.
