I've gone from resolving customer calls, emails and chats to becoming the person who trained newbies and tenured agents to do an even better job at it.
As a trainer, I managed new hire and tenured soft/technical skills training. I also coached and guided new hires’ first 60 days journey to ensure consistent performance. Outside of training face to face, I also co-wrote learning materials for cultural communication and nesting training.
