I handled social media moderation for Le Tote, an American rental clothing subscription-based service. This involved building their Facebook page community as well as joining private Facebook groups created by their members to offer 1 on 1 assistance with their accounts. I was also responsible for going into Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, etc. and making sure every negative comment/review gets turned around, making sure the member knows they can trust the brand to listen to them and actually care, no matter how trivial their concern may seem.
