Overview

I lead Webflow development and content operations for Oceans Talent. Beyond building pages, I own the systems that keep the site scaling: a repeatable content publishing pipeline, a schema-backed case studies system, technical SEO, and reliable form and conversion tracking. Everything runs audit-first, with staging review and client sign-off before anything goes live.

Objectives

Build a repeatable, low-friction content publishing pipeline the team can rely on
Design a scalable case studies system with valid structured data
Strengthen technical SEO, structured data, and link hygiene as content grows
Implement trustworthy form and conversion tracking across integrations
Keep the Webflow foundation clean, accessible, and easy to maintain

What I Did

Content Publishing Pipeline
Built a Notion to Webflow CMS pipeline: author in Notion, convert and push as draft via the Webflow API, finalize in Designer, optimize in SurferSEO, then re-push
Documented the process and the Webflow rich-text patterns that keep content from breaking
Ran batch article publishing with featured images, comparison tables, and FAQ structured data
Case Studies System
Designed and built a scalable case studies system: new CMS fields, a filterable metric-led hub (Finsweet CMS filtering), and a rebuilt detail template
Implemented Article, Review, and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD that passed the Google Rich Results Test
Backfilled every published study with consistent metadata, metrics, and quotes
SEO, Schema, and Site Hygiene
Implemented and scoped structured data correctly across templates
Ran repeated link audits, converting absolute and legacy links and adding redirects
Improved metadata consistency and accessibility baselines
Analytics and Conversion Tracking
Implemented GA4 and GTM tracking across multiple form types (HubSpot embeds, Webflow-native forms, popups) with deduplication and redirect-safe events
Wired HubSpot forms and booking, plus affiliate conversion tracking with Dub

Results
