I will be focusing on providing professional customer support management services tailored for lifestyle and clothing brands. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline communication, and ensure a seamless shopping experience through efficient and responsive support.

Scope of Work

Multichannel Support: Managing customer interactions across various platforms, including email, live chat, social media, and phone support.
Order Management: Assisting customers with order tracking, modifications, cancellations, and returns/exchanges.
Product Inquiries & Recommendations: Providing detailed product information and personalized suggestions to improve customer engagement.
Issue Resolution: Addressing complaints, defective product claims, and other concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Refunds & Returns Processing: Guiding customers through return procedures and coordinating with the relevant teams for smooth processing.
Loyalty & Engagement: Assisting customers with loyalty programs, discounts, and promotional offers to improve retention.
Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensuring all communication aligns with the brand’s tone and customer experience goals.
CRM & Ticketing System Management: Utilizing platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, LiveChat, or HubSpot to track, organize, and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Reporting & Insights: Providing weekly or monthly reports on customer interactions, trends, and key insights for continuous improvement.
FAQ & Knowledge Base Management: Creating and maintaining an updated knowledge base for self-service support.
