My role focuses on the comprehensive management and support of a custom e-signature platform, ensuring seamless functionality and an excellent user experience. Key deliverables include:
Support & Ticket Management: Efficiently handling and resolving customer support tickets to address user concerns and technical issues.
Payment Dispute Resolution: Managing and resolving payment-related disputes to ensure smooth transactions.
Development Coordination: Working closely with developers to implement new features, identify bugs, and oversee the resolution process for a stable platform.
Graphics & Customization: Collaborating with the graphics team for logo animations and fulfilling custom design requests to enhance brand identity.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Conducting thorough QA testing to maintain platform reliability and optimize user experience.
This project ensures a fully functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly e-signature solution tailored to meet client needs.
