Core Project: SmartCore's TechApps Micro-site (commercial portal for 100+ TechApps Oil & Gas solutions developed by SmartCore and PETRONAS)

Design Process:

Led the design of a commercial portal for TechApps Oil & Gas solutions, focusing on improving the user experience for clients.

Engaged in weekly meetings with stakeholders and developers, discussing design frameworks and ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

Designed and prototyped the minimum viable product (MVP) for the micro-site using Figma.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Developers and Sales, to successfully hand off the MVP and develop a conversational sales process on-site.

Results and Impact:

Improved user experience for clients by creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface for the commercial portal.

Leveraged Telegram APIs and implemented conversational bots and human interactions to enhance the customer journey and increase conversion leads from portal traffic.

Successfully executed the project within the designated timeframe by utilizing UI kits and component libraries on Envato and Figma to develop the vision.

Challenges and Learnings:

Overcame challenges related to designing for a commercial portal and ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Learned about conversational sales processes and leveraging Telegram APIs for enhancing customer engagement.
