For Andrómeda, a premier Mexico City-based hospitality technology platform connecting diners, restaurateurs, and front-of-house hostess teams, I led the product design and UX/UI architecture for its multi-sided SaaS ecosystem. In strategic partnership with 3Devs, the core challenge was to unify three distinct user journeys into a single, cohesive digital product while adapting the entire interface architecture to the strict technical logic of an existing Magento (Adobe Commerce) backend.

The work began with a comprehensive heuristic audit, taxonomy restructuring, and user flow mapping to untangle complex operational requirements across venue discovery, real-time table booking, billing, and SaaS subscriptions. For end consumers, I designed intuitive responsive web layouts and a mobile application focused on frictionless venue exploration and instant reservation confirmations. To empower restaurant operations, I architected a specialized administrative dashboard for venue managers and a high-contrast, tablet-optimized Hostess UI—specifically engineered for fast, high-pressure guest check-ins and table management in dimly lit restaurant environments.

To maintain visual and functional consistency across desktop, mobile, and tablet touchpoints, I architected a scalable, modular design system built on a sophisticated dark-mode foundation and high-legibility typography. The entire interface system was meticulously documented and delivered through Figma Dev Mode, providing the engineering team with exact spacing tokens, reusable component states, and responsive behavior guidelines to accelerate production deployment without technical debt.
