Podemos Progresar — Orchestrating Event Operations & Field UX for Community Prospecting
I led the Product Design, Service Architecture, and Field UX for Podemos Progresar, designing a connected event operations ecosystem across LUCI (internal admin), Spore (field app), and public web. The solution unified workshop creation, dynamic registration, OCR data capture, on-site execution, attendance tracking, and microfinance lead prospecting into a single operational lifecycle.
The Challenge
Podemos Progresar relied on in-person Productive Workshops for community building and microfinance prospecting, but the end-to-end operation was deeply fragmented across teams, regions, and tools.
Workshops were managed in isolation—from regional coordination, custom registration forms, and guest dependencies to manual on-site check-ins and delayed post-event reporting. Internal teams lacked real-time visibility, and field coordinators lacked contextual mobile tools to capture participants and convert attendance into actionable prospecting channels.
The Solution
I designed a centralized, role-based system treating the event as the single source of truth across three touchpoints:
LUCI (Internal Web): A centralized orchestrator for regional configuration, multi-step workshop creation, dynamic form building with sections/subforms, OCR-assisted INE/ID capture, attendee management, and executive analytics.
Spore (Field Mobile): A mobile-first execution tool for Coordinadores de Emprendedoras to navigate agendas, track attendance goals, handle on-site assisted registrations, check in participants/guests, and manage prospect statuses in real time.
Public Web Experience: Responsive discovery with category filters, interactive maps, workshop detail views, and seamless attendee registration via web and on-site QR codes.
Impact
Transformed disjointed workshop logistics into an integrated operational engine. The system streamlined event setup from days to minutes, connected field coordination with real-time central data, automated ID capture in the field, and structurally aligned community activities with customer acquisition and credit prospecting for Podemos Progresar.
