Contra Ambassador Program 🚀

Contra Ambassador Program works remotely with Contra's small but mighty founding team. This two-week program is a launching pad for the Contra ongoing Ambassador program. Ambassador tests and provides feedback regarding the features in Contra to improve the product so that it gives the best experience for the user.



Ambassadors from all over the world 🌎

Eight ambassadors from around the world have been selected with different backgrounds and expertise. I am one of the chosen ones for April 2021 as a Contra Marketing Ambassador!



Notion Pages ✍🏻

Notion pages are essential in the success of this program because all the work takes place there, and the ambassadors do it self-supervised. As a marketing ambassador, some of the tasks I do are:

• UI/UX testing for new feature launches

• Create articles/content to help other users get value from Contra

• Advocate for the Contra platform using my online presence

• Actively communicate and collaborate with the Ambassadors and community

• Share Contra content on social platforms

• Team Meeting



Slack Community 👫

Contra Slack Community also plays an important role. Being a part of a community can make us feel like we are a part of something greater than ourselves. It can allow us to connect with people and reach for our goals. To liven up the Contra community, this is what ambassadors do:

• Starting with the Contra community intros
• Share useful resources (book / article / podcast / worksheet / etc)
• Post a crowdsourcing post
• Engage with other members of the community



Loom Recording 🎥

We use Loom to record product testing to immediately record how a user reacts to a feature or problem that may occur. Loom also makes it easy for me to provide feedback.
