Scaling SafetyWing's social media presence

I was SafetyWing's Head of Social Media for almost 2 years, and was responsible for leading their social media strategy and content. It's one of my favorite case studies to date, because of how we managed to transform insurance into a popular product on social media.
We focused on building a community of digital nomads through travel guides, trip giveaways, and adventure content, and that had a massive impact in growing the B2C insurance side of the company that offers travel insurance to nomads around the world.
The results speak for themselves:
Instagram grew by 186%, Twitter by 343%, and LinkedIn by 175% using the strategy and content I developed. We established consistent long-term growth that impacted the company positively and built an engaged and loyal community around it.
