when i joined, the mission was clear: reshape how media, brands, and people connect, with privacy and ethics at the core. only a project with that level of ambition made sense for my next move.
in the first few months, i focused on helping the company grow and designing systems that ensured our operations flowed smoothly and were ready to scale. early on, i was already in negotiations with leading media outlets in spain, securing key agreements that strengthened our market presence. at the same time, we built a culture around diversity, inclusion, responsibility, and transparency, embedding these values into how we operated.
we were ready to launch and expand, but covid forced us to rethink everything. our go-to-market strategy had to change overnight. instead of integrating our technology into top-tier platforms, we pivoted and built our own user base from scratch. this meant staying close to people, experimenting, and iterating to find product-market fit, a shift that turned us into a product-first organization.
once the foundation was in place, i focused on scaling operations and driving growth. we implemented okrs, a career framework, and new methodologies to create a more structured and efficient organization. within six months, we launched a new platform, built acquisition channels with content creators and digital media, and gained thousands of users, accelerating our international expansion, including operations in the u.s.
