when i joined xteach, it was just an idea taking shape. after benchmarking the e-learning industry, i developed the initial wireframes that brought the xchool mvp to life, becoming the first product designer for this new startup. designing from scratch meant structuring the product’s foundation, defining a design system, and working closely with engineers to turn ideas into reality.
in the first few months, i focused on building a strong team and refining the product lifecycle, ensuring we scaled iteratively while listening to our customers and continuously improving. we reduced churn to less than 1%, redefined our pricing strategy, and drove exponential mrr growth, with ratios of up to 2 and 3 times.
once the foundation was in place, i transitioned from leading product and design to running the company. with the trust of fede and santi, i took on the challenge of leading a bootstrapped startup and driving it to 300% year-over-year growth. we built scalable systems, fostered an autonomous and efficient team, and secured key partnerships with kpmg, adidas, adecco, and bankinter, who trusted our platform to train their teams.
developed and implemented okrs, aligning the entire team towards common goals that drove company growth and built a solid, collaborative culture.
secured strategic partnerships with leverad and enisa, financing our growth phase without compromising equity or vision.
opened a new revenue stream by enabling micro-influencers to monetize their content, offering online courses to thousands of people through our platform.
building xteach meant wearing many hats, from defining strategy and culture to financing, marketing, and sales. every challenge was an opportunity to create something sustainable that truly worked.
