Freddy's Frozen Custards & Steakburgers needed an F5-Refresh, bad. So, I put my apron on, headed into the kitchen, and started cooking as Chef Boy Ary.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, a beloved fast-casual joint, was stuck in a digital time warp.

Their website? A relic with no online ordering.

Their mobile app? A hot mess that screamed "boomer" instead of "burger."

Enter Chef Boy Ary:

A Senior Product Designer, tasked with leading two junior designers, to flip Freddy’s over into the 21st century.

Our (food) order was simple:

Revamp the website, and app, to make ordering a breeze, hook younger customers, and increase sales — all while syncing with their old-school POS system.

We rolled up our sleeves and cooked a sleek, modern interface.

Online ordering? Check — complete with customizations, group orders, and saved faves. We threw in a loyalty program with delicious rewards to keep ‘em coming back.
