The company wanted to improve the HR department's internal reports: data visualization, KPIs, filtering employees by department and metrics. The dashboard had to be intuitive so that HR managers without technical experience could quickly get the information they needed.

I conducted research: interviewed HR managers, gathered pain points — what is inconvenient in existing reports. I designed user flows to simplify employee search, filtering, and visualization scenarios. Created several wireframes → visual design: tables, employee cards, KPI comparison charts. Prototype in Figma, user testing (e.g., HR department colleagues) — took into account feedback on the convenience of filters and visualization.
