HR Dashboard

An HR department relied on outdated internal reports that were difficult to navigate and lacked clear data visualisation. HR managers without technical backgrounds struggled to find employee data, filter by department, and track KPIs efficiently.

Interviewed HR managers to identify pain points in existing reporting workflows

Mapped user flows for key scenarios: employee search, department filtering, KPI tracking

Created wireframes → visual design: data tables, employee cards, KPI comparison charts

Built interactive prototype in Figma and conducted usability testing with HR colleagues

Iterated on filter design and visualisation based on feedback
