Many golfers struggle with club selection and shot planning, especially when distances to holes are not clearly displayed and recommendations/analytics are either superficial or unattainable. The company wants to create a companion app that provides a realistic visualization of the course, accuracy analytics, club recommendations, and improved game strategy.

I interviewed several golf enthusiasts and gathered insights on what exactly is getting in the way: no visual navigation, difficulty estimating distance, lack of data on past shots.

I analyzed competing apps, figured out what features they offer, and what could be done better.

Developed wireframes → several prototypes in Figma, tested them among golfers/colleagues, and received feedback on the interface and navigation.

Hole maps with visualization of distances and characteristics of each hole.

Club recommendations based on past performance (accuracy, power).

Player statistics: improvement over time, error analysis.

Simple, minimalist design, easy navigation, emphasis on readability even in bright sunlight/poor visibility on the course.
