Reavuu is a proptech platform that connects buyers, sellers and renters with trusted local real estate agents based on location, area of expertise and verified client reviews.

The product combines agent discovery, transparent comparisons and a full deal management workspace in one responsive web and mobile experience.

Our goal was to create a fast, reliable and human matchmaking experience between clients and agents, and to give agents the tools to manage every deal with precision.

Finding the right real estate agent has long been a fragmented experience. Clients either rely on word-of-mouth or scroll through generic directories with little context about an agent's real performance or specialization.

On the other side, agents struggle to stand out and to manage deals that are spread across messages, documents and spreadsheets. The challenge was to design a platform that builds trust for clients, expands what agents can do and keeps the whole transaction in one place, on any device.

We set three primary goals for the product.

Trust and transparency: a unified transaction centre that brings together all stages, documents and participants of a deal, plus fact-based selection where clients compare detailed agent profiles by experience and ratings.

Expanding the realtor's capabilities: a deal manager that works as a command centre for agents, a Get Featured / Boost option to increase visibility and generate quality leads, and detailed profiles that show languages and specializations.

Flawless UX: a fully responsive interface for desktop (1440 px), tablet (640 px) and mobile (375 px), instant matching with advanced filters and quick comparisons, and a visual tracker that makes the transaction process clear for clients.

Advanced filters and quick side-by-side comparisons help clients find the ideal agent fast, using real data on experience, ratings, languages and specializations instead of guesswork.

The login page offers two authentication methods and clearly separates access for agents and clients. The system detects what brought the user to the portal, such as a special link or a specific section, and offers the right login option to take them straight to their working environment.

Every client enquiry is automatically linked to a specific case or property. Agents and clients get transparent, contextual communication, with all media files and negotiation history stored in one place.

The agent account is the control centre for their brand: agents update their profile, track viewing statistics and manage incoming enquiries. The client account lets users save favorite agents, track their comparison history and view the status of their requests. A calendar and notifications keep both sides on schedule.

Reavuu now offers a transparent, data-driven way to choose a real estate agent and a single workspace to manage the deal from first message to closing, on any device.

The Artific typeface, a clean layout and a muted palette create a voice that is modern, reliable and quietly distinctive: professional enough for agents and welcoming enough for home buyers. After design, the platform was developed with our partner developers on a TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL and Socket.io stack.
