Ka.app (🇦🇪) (formerly Kasta) is a P2P crypto payment application enabling fee-free cryptocurrency transactions. As Lead Product Designer over 19 months, I designed and maintained the complete iOS/Android mobile app and desktop PWA platform for this late-stage fintech startup.
The engagement focused on scalable design systems and high-impact feature design — from token lock-up mechanics (Tiers) to integrated debit card functionality. Each feature was designed to drive measurable business outcomes: user growth, deposits, and platform adoption.
A playful, modern aesthetic balanced professionalism with crypto-native energy, supporting the app through App Store and Play Store launch before transitioning to standalone PWA.
