Redesigned verification and onboarding flows reduced friction across ID validation, selfie capture, and insurance entry, converting incomplete profiles into fully activated patients.
Design system and refreshed brand identity standardised UI patterns across the platform, accelerating development velocity for both iOS and Android.
Structured doctor discovery system introduced multilingual profiles, video consultation indicators, and bookmark functionality, creating a clear path from sign-up to first appointment.

Dein Arzt (🇩🇪) is a telemedicine platform offering free video consultations with German-licensed doctors. Backed by Malta-based MedTech incubator VEO Capital Ltd, the MVP needed a full UX overhaul.
Over 5 weeks, I redesigned onboarding, identity verification, patient profiles, and doctor booking. The core challenge was trust-building through verification UX, making identity and insurance flows feel guided.
