VAVOOM (AI drive-thru platform web design and development)
Background: VAVOOM builds AI-powered hardware and software that helps QSR businesses optimize drive-thru revenue. They needed a client-facing website that made a complex product (vehicle recognition, AI upselling, POS integration) immediately understandable to restaurant operators and investors.
The project came through a referral from a previous client (360 Rides), which meant expectations were high and trust was already established.
Challenge: VAVOOM had the technology. What they didn't have was a way to communicate it clearly to two critical audiences: QSR decision-makers who needed to understand ROI fast, and investors who needed to see market-ready positioning.
The website had to:
Explain AI-powered drive-thru optimization without technical jargon
Show measurable business outcomes (AOV increase, vehicle recognition accuracy)
Position VAVOOM as enterprise-ready with live pilot proof
Work as both a sales tool and a pitch deck asset
Solution:
I handled the full brand identity, website design, and Framer build, creating a front-facing platform that translated complex AI functionality into clear business value.
Key design decisions:
Revenue-first messaging: Hero section leads with "Drive-Thru Revenue & Yield Orchestration," not AI features
3-step explainer model: Broke down vehicle identification → predictive optimization → POS integration into digestible workflow
Live pilot proof: Featured +7% AOV increase and 99% recognition accuracy
Visual storytelling: Used product mockups and flow diagrams to show the system in action
Outcome:
The website launched and became a core asset in VAVOOM's pitch materials. Founders used the site during investor presentations at events, demonstrating market-ready positioning.
The client was thrilled with the result (referral relationship maintained), and the website now serves as both a lead generation tool and proof of execution for investor conversations.
VAVOOM needed a website that made AI-powered drive-thru optimization simple enough to pitch to investors, so I built a brand identity and Framer site that did.
