Built the design foundations, product UI, brand identity, and marketing system for an AI-powered property management platform from the ground up.

LightWork AI is an AI platform that automates routine property management work, from handling enquiries to tracking compliance. I joined as the founding Product & Marketing Designer in late 2024.

The challenge
I was brought on to support a quick product redesign, but it became clear fast that the problem was bigger. There were no design foundations, no brand guidelines, and no shared structure to support product or marketing work. Everything needed to be built from scratch.
What I did
I established the full design system: visual direction, brand guidelines, and reusable product patterns. From there I designed multiple enterprise-grade product flows, focusing on clarity and usability across complex, compliance-heavy workflows.

On the brand side, I refined the company logo and designed the mascot, Felicity, a glowing orb representing the AI assistant that became a recognizable visual anchor across the product and all marketing materials.
I also designed sales and investor pitch decks that supported fundraising, plus marketing assets for social channels and industry events including PropTech Connect. In parallel, I ran the LinkedIn content design strategy that grew the company page from 700 to 2,000+ followers.
The result
This work supported the successful onboarding of LightWork AI's first pilot clients and contributed to the company being shortlisted for multiple awards and conferences.
