360Rides Website Design & Development

Building trust and simplicity into a family-first ride sharing experience.

The Challenge

Parents care about two things above all: safety and trust. 360Rides was built with that in mind, but the brand’s online presence didn’t communicate it well.
The old site lacked a strong narrative and didn’t reassure parents.
The design felt generic and wasn’t optimized for engagement.
There was no streamlined flow to guide visitors from awareness to sign-up.
The challenge was to create a polished, trustworthy website that parents would instantly connect with and developers could build upon as the product grew.

The Approach

I worked closely with the 360Rides team to align on both brand and technical requirements:
Mapped a clear user journey to guide parents from problem → solution → trust → action.
Designed high-fidelity wireframes and family-friendly UI with Airbnb-inspired icons.
Developed the site with responsive, mobile-first principles to ensure accessibility.
Integrated a lightweight CMS for easy updates and future scalability.
Iterated on feedback to balance visual appeal, performance, and clarity.

The Solution

The final website highlights 360Rides as the safer choice for families:
A hero section framing 360Rides as “family-first ridesharing.”
Feature sections with visuals that emphasize trust: Know Your Driver, Verified Safety, Easy Scheduling.
A testimonials block to showcase parent voices and credibility.
A stats section with trust-building data.
Clear, actionable CTAs designed to encourage sign-ups and demos.

The Results

Delivered a fully designed and developed website in 2 weeks, ready for launch:
Improved storytelling around safety and trust, leading to higher engagement.
A responsive build that feels seamless on both desktop and mobile.
A scalable foundation that developers can expand alongside the product roadmap.

What’s Next: The 360Rides App

With the website live, the next focus is the 360Rides app, currently in development:
Parents will be able to schedule rides in advance, track trips in real time, and manage multiple wards.
Drivers will have verified profiles with guided routes for timely pickups.
Families will receive live updates and confirmations via WhatsApp, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.
The app builds directly on the trust-first story established through the website, extending it into an everyday experience for parents and drivers.
