Review the sales process, procedures, policies, and tools for potential optimizations
Assess sales rep skills. Develop enablement and deliver training to improve behavioral effectiveness
Build out skills adoption programs
Design, develop, and deliver sales new hire onboarding
Build out a sales playbook
