When you want to lose weight, you don't stand on the scale every day. Instead, you modify your behaviors: Exercise, diet, sleep, stress, etc. It's the same with sales. You don't measure revenue every day, you modify behaviors that drive revenue. Selling is about behaviors and habits.
This project assesses your team's selling behaviors using a capability maturity model (CMMI) to identify gaps in best practices. This drives the creation of an enablement plan which includes an operational adoption program -- training by itself does not work. Leading behavioral metrics are tracked in your CRM and reported. Trailing metric results usually emerge within 60-90 days.
