Project Overview

To celebrate L'Oréal Caribe’s 45th anniversary, we launched “45 Women That Move the Caribbean”, a regional campaign honoring 45 changemakers across the Caribbean in fields like Art, Innovation, Sports, Diversity, and Social Responsibility. The goal was to spotlight women leading change and reinforce L'Oréal’s commitment to female empowerment and community impact.

My Role

As Account Executive and Project Coordinator, I worked cross-functionally with PR, creative, production, and external partners. Key responsibilities included:
Coordinating communication between agency teams and client stakeholders
Supporting the nomination and jury process for honorees
Managing production logistics for photographic exhibitions
Assisting with event planning and timeline management
Overseeing media outreach preparation and partner coordination
Ensuring successful execution of panel discussions and public activations

Panel: “How to Be Socially Responsible” with honorees
Editorial takeover in Magacín (El Nuevo Día)
