This client is a B2C online grocery store. I was contracted to write copy that ensured the business's voice resonated with its target audience and drove measurable results.
My Process
After reviewing their UVPs, I wrote FAQs to ensure I understood the brand from a customer's perspective.
I received approval on the FAQs and went ahead to create an Ideal Customer Profile mapped the customer journey
With insights from the brand's strategy guide and pain points littered on my audience and keyword research docs, I led the copywriting project with intentionality.
I employed buyer psychology tactics to stimulate purchase desire that nudged customers towards the main CTA and goals:
I wrote a drip email sequence that captured onboarding emails, trigger emails (order confirmation, cart abandonment and feedback requests) and re-engagement emails (restock reminders).
