HR Director and Director Learning and Development

Reporting to the VP, Ops I was the Senior Human Resources Director for Western Canada WESTLINK division which included distribution facilities in Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver. (500+ employees)

I was also the Western Canada Employee Learning champion, leading and managing the Tibbett and Britten Group College management development program for the Western Canada distribution centers. This role served management employees in various third-party distribution facilities including those serving Shopper's Drug Mart, Walmart, Overwaitea and Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis.
