Live Chat Support:
Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in under 5 minutes to ensure quick and efficient support.
Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Ticket Management:
Handling customer tickets promptly and resolving issues related to orders, payments, or product concerns.
Ensuring all customer interactions were logged and followed up on to guarantee resolution.
Customer Satisfaction:
Delivering a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience with Bandit Bikes.
Addressing customer feedback and concerns to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Collaboration:
Working closely with designers, suppliers, and the broader team to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Communicating customer feedback to the relevant teams to improve products and services.
