I created a custom project data sheet system for a leading interior design company so that they can track all the data and unique circumstances of the client and their needs. This is important because the company was able to design an entire hotel 100% online without going on site. This system allowed for all interior designers and any future employees (such as more interior designers or a replacement of the GM) the ability to fully understand each scope and nuance of each project. This includes the details of what the client wants and needs in their project. This also calculates the projected profitability of the project! Which also helped give the CEO better understanding if we should take on the project or not. This resulted into better efficiency and profitability for the company, just because our processes were able to give clarity onto the business and each client.
