I created a custom business process for a leading interior design firm that was unique according to the company's tools and resources. I then created a standard operating procedure for the team to follow and utilise for any future additions to the team. It took 3 months to complete as there were lots of local nuances that needed to be implemented. I conducted deep market research, watching countless hours of youtube on how other prominent interior design firms conduct their services. I was able to create a custom SOP and business process that worked exceptionally well. In fact many of the other firms stole some of our unique process ideas to their own. We were able to fully leverage the company's systems and sister company to get maximum benefit and efficiency. The customers were ultimately the major benefactor of this since they were able to receive top quality interior design services with very little technical issues.
